The Quality Policy of NORMAGEST is aimed at the effective fulfillment of our mission: DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF INDUSTRIAL SAFETY PROJECTS, INSTALLATIONS, ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS
Aware of the importance of customer satisfaction and the need to provide quality services that deliver real value by combining rigor, innovation and closeness, Management has implemented a Quality Management System based on the guidelines of the ISO 9001 Standard.
To this end, it has been decided to promote this quality policy based on the following principles:
